Unlocking Campaigns/Battles

OK - did a search and came up empty.

How does one do this?

Umm, successfully complete the previous ones, maybe ?
I don't think the locking system goes any further than a simple chain order.

Hi there.
That is right. You unlock battles by winning the previous/first battle. I guess the only exeption to this is Waterloo as the British.

Yea, I get that - bu wanted to avoid slogging through Italy and Egypt.

Hi there.
For the campaigns, if I remember correct, all you need to do to unlock the Grand (European) Campaign for Napolen, is to beat either the Tutorial Campaign or the Italian Campaign.

Thanks for the info. I am about 3 turns away from beating the Austrians in Italy so I hope that works out.

you just have to enter the campaign the go out and the next one is unlocked

Always search first from modification sections. Battles unlocking mod is already made by me.

I have a question relating to this, I have played and completed the tutorial, Italian and Egyptian Campaigns, and am currently working through the european Campaign.
I have also completed Napoleons battles, with the exception of the two naval ones and the English Waterloo.
Now heres the question, when wanting to play a custom battle or mp battle I have very few maps available, when do maps like pyramids, borodino, waterloo etc become unlocked?

When hosting an MP battle, you always can choose the historical maps. In custom battles, you never can.
If you want to play one anyway, host a 1v1 MP game, choose the historical map you want, add an AI, and you're all set.
