    Default bizzarre squashed unit

OK, I'm working on a fantasy mod (on my own, thus far), and have just started modeling. I can get the models working (although I can't assign skins yet, so I've just given them a generic coloured skin) but I have encountered a problem. I made a giant unit, with a giant falx, and I tested it just now. It doesn't CTD or anything, but the unit is all squashed up, so I now have massive pink deformed blobs with falxes running around the battlefield whenever I try to use them. I have tried changing the scale in DMB, but that didn't work. Anybody got any ideas why this has happened?

edit: screenshot, try not to laugh. Oh alright, laugh

Your going to have to edit the skeleton to make it fit your new unit size if I remember correctly. Wlesmana wrote an excellent tutorial on making new skeletons so you should check that out and try the new skeleton in game.

    thanks, will try it.

edit: hmm... have copied the swordsman across in descr_skeleton and renamed the copy to fs_giant, as well as increasing the scale. The game doesn't recognise the skeleton.

I'm not sure exactly how to fix that however try contacting Quetzalcoatl as he has made some giant units in the past.

Have you packed your skeleton along with the other skeletons?
