A few questions.

I have a few questions, any help answering would be appreciated .

1. Is it possible to retrain Triarii and Princepes outside of Italy? [Like in Africa].
2. When I right click on a unit, there is like a white box where the picture of the unit should be, instead of the actual picture. How do i fix the problem :x?
3. When my slingers fire their bullets, there is the sound of the archers firing as well. How do i fix that problem as well?

I'm too afraid to tamper with any files and stuff, so and guidance would be nice .

Only in cities that have a legion number

It's a bug, your not able to fix it. When you quit playing and restart a few hours, day's lather the problem will be gone.

Never heard of this before, don't worry about it.

It's a bug, your not able to fix it. When you quit playing and restart a few hours, day's lather the problem will be gone.

You don't even need to wait, these white boxes are just random. You have the white box glitch, let's say for units in a recrutement list. Select some units in a Legion for example, re-select your city, and you will have the right pictures this time.

Edit: So is it possible to make a city have a legion number? Because I currently have a Carthago which has been sieged like 5 times and I need to retrain my troops, and the only way I do that is to ferry them to Carali, which takes time.

That's the point of the game. Think forward. Send more legions to Africa to fight. I remember using 22 legions to invade Africa, not sure if it was 11 numbered legions and 11 Auxillia ones but the total was 22. Massive fleet concentration around Sicilia.

Woah! You must have deep pockets to have 22 legions. I have only 2 legions in Africa at the moment. Kinda bankrupt as well. Guess I'll use Princepes and Triarii as my forward force, and the Hastati will be my garrisons .

I just assumed that #2 was a function of not having that image made up for the units that have been inserted into the game.

You forgot to reactivate the script when loading a saved game.
