Is it worth it?

I saw Napoleon Total on the store shelf the other day, and thinking as i want to get into the strategy genre i thought maybe i should buy this game iv'e player Medieval total war 2 before and didn't like it much so do you recommend this game or not and is it any better than the earlier games ?

Well, if you didn't like Medieval II, I'm not sure you'll find any other TW game to your liking.

lol im just not into strategy games maybe they change them with time so they appeal players from other genres...

What genres are you into? The TW series follows the same mechanics and is a strategy game through and through. However Shogun 2 will also add a lot of RPG elements and customisation so you're probably better off waiting for Shogun 2 to release.

You can always try the demo of Napoleon as the tactics are quite different to medieval so it might be more to your liking.

Hey guys im new on TWC and im trying to reach 200 so i can join the dedicated server so how are you people ?

I am guessing this is just another attempt to reach that 200 goal, considering how little you like playing strategy games.!

Ill give you the benefit of the doubt, that you may actually be considering buying NTW, personally I think its worth it (the best TW so far IMO) but you gotta be willing to use strategy (or just make your troops one big line and let the enemy come right towards you...
