cannot play the campaign

I am having a problem
while i am playing the campaign whenever i fight the first battle with Hannibals army my laptop shuts down
can somebody help me ?

You need a better PC sorry. SPQR isnt really a mod for Laptops unless its a gaming laptop.

I use a laptop and its definitely not a gaming laptop
Runs like a dream for me.

Have you tried restarting the campaign and inciting the battle at a different place on the map? I have found a couple of spots on the campaign map that will crash the game if I try to fight a battle there. It might be that your first battle is just accidentally happening in one of those random glitchy spots.

If you have tried to fight in different places on the campaign map, and are still getting crashes, I'm out of ideas.

The problem was that when the laptop is plugged in and i am playing a battle it shuts down

Give us specs then maybe? Cause my desktop has trouble running at 4+ armies at a same time.
