Why is it almost impossible to run out of money?

I played hard campaign and normal battle but anyway the only time I didn't have money was when i was pumping out ships but after like two turns i was rich again.

I have 4 armies with generals and about 14-16 units in each and two navies with 10 ships each. Majority of the ships are QE Battlehip class or RS battleship class. Also as ive stopped playing that load because everyone hates me now Germany and Austria are defeated but at the end i had around 2.6 million and gaining about 30k each turn at least.

Anyway the point is that its almost impossible to run out of money any reason y and will you be altering this?

The reason why we have so much money at the start is because of the lack of starting armies in campaign.
Also most regions are well-developed with the highest level of buildings, giving them great boost in town wealth growth. If you don't recruit any units your tax income will generally increase by nearly 1k per turn.

Well, it will be made so that 1) buildings are not fully developed from the start and 2) certain buildings and units (especially artillery) will become much more expensive to build and maintain. Additionally, with starting armies and navies, money will be tighter from the start.

One of the major points of TGW is for nations to be able to support massive, and quickly recruited armies to defend or attack at the front.

Yeah, i see no problem with the monetary system. As you would need that ammount of funds to secure armies for "mass mobilization".

I'm currently making +35.000 per turn, late 1914. Although I usually ran out of money every turn in the first weeks (I built s of ships&units&bought techs), after that I went steamrolling.

Well in the previous version the only time you would run out of money is if you built a large navy as the big ships were very expensive im still waiting to play 4.5 unfortunately

Playing 4.5 I have tons of money. Though I imagine when my military gets bigger I will have less due to the massive upkeep.
