    Default Unrest

Oi! I noticed one odd thing. Suddenly one of my settlements public order dropped to 0. I looked through governors stats: he has lots of influence and allmost no negative public order bonuses. He is Quintus Julius and he has been managing that settlement from my campaign start. When I move him from settlement public order rises to ~200 on low taxes and there is no unrest. But when I move him in again public order drops to 0 or 45 dont renember. He gives 80 unrest and probably some other bad effect on public. Why? Also after few turns this happened to another settlement in Italy. Governor also has been managing for a long time and has a lot of influence and almost no bad public order bonuses... Is this ok? Things like that never happened to me in normal RTW...

Read the readme. Also read the threads. These questions can be found by looking for key words like Loyalty. Please dont post new post for EVERY new feature you find in SPQR mod that you didnt bother to read or look for.

P.S. To answer your question which will be the last, from now on I will close your threads related to basic questions that can be found elsewhere. The Character is no longer loyal, he decided to betray you, this happens in real life many generals and friends of emperors betrayed them, and they had NO CLUE or warning. SPQR has many surprises. I do suggest when the Civil war starts and many of your Citys drop in loyalty let them revolt, as they are meant to, but I cannot stop someone micromanaging so they remove the disloayal characters. I tried to have a system of revolt that Didnt require a script to do like RS2 though I like the way theirs works in that the provinces revolt without warning and only a saved game can fix it. But Hardcore fans will not cheat and let the revolt take place, I know I do.
