    Default Choices Choices

Ive been looking for a few hours now and I'm now looking at these two computers. Which would you go with? Or you can recommend one in similar price range. Also I can't build it myself for reasons.

Buy the second one that is 20$ more in comparison it has 4GB of more RAM so that's a good move, also do you already have monitor etc if not don't buy more than a 21'inch monitor.
As then the graphic card will have problems playing games at high settings.

Well, both are horrendously overpriced. With only a 5770 they should cost closer to $600, but then again any time you buy a prebuilt you are just trowing your money out the window so...

If Newegg has a gift certificate, and I'm sure they do, try to go that route.

If you are choosing what they give you then you may as well just take the cash as that is what you are doing

Sorry, I just hate to see large sums of money become wasted on inferior products

For the record a self build of the same PC spec as above works about $90 cheaper which is about right for this kind of price range so I would say out of hand that its overpriced but a 1 year warranty is pretty stingy.

It is a good gaming PC and despite what the naysayers hear state about the 5770 I can tell you now it can play every thing I throw at it such as Dirt 2, F1 2010, STALKER Call of Pripyat, Tie Fighter, Dragons Age, Mass Effect 2, Call of Duty Black Opps all at 1920x1200. In the majority of those games I average 40 FPS+ according to FRAPS.
