Are the Kingdoms Tuetonic, Britania and Crusades campaigns required?
I just reinstalled Medieval II and Medieval II Kingdoms. Since I'm running low on HD-space, I'm thinking about skipping the installation of M2 Kingdoms: Teutonic, Crusades, etc. Will that result in missing units and stuff in Stainless Steel? Or will it have no impact?

You just need Kingdoms itself installed. The campaigns aren't required.

From the FAQ:
Q: Which kingdoms campaign do I have to install?
A: Actually, you don't need any. In the kingdoms setup, you can just uncheck all the campaigns and the 1.4 patch will install automatically. You will have to manually move kingdoms.exe from the CD through. (for example from CD:\teutonic\main)
