What Difficulty Do You Play On?

Just wondering what difficulty you all play on and why? Let's have a bit of honesty though and be serious

Well I just got the mod, but I started on Very Hard campaign and Hard battles, and I've already lost a small skirmish So while I'll continue with this difficulty for a while, things could change considering Josst's ridiculously good CAI.

I'm just so used to thrashing armies on older games like M2TW and RTW

I'm playing normal but find it too easy to be hoenst, I'm going to upgrade to H/H I think when the new version is released. I'm holding off campaign at the moment because Germany just aren't strong enough in the campaign so it's hardly a challenge.

I usually play on normal, just because imo the AI makes the most rational decisions with N/N.

I find Campaign: Hard to be best because in normal things go your way usually in Hard some people will turn against you and in V Hard they usually all plan on taking you out should they get the chance.

VH is great, especially while playing as Germany. You gradually develop two quite stiff fronts; the Russians rumble in from the east (taking more casualties than cities), and the French fight a defensive grinding conflict before your armies.

Hard/Hard, still need to figure out how to control such large battles.

I put the campaign difficulty on Hard, and battle one on either Hard or Very Hard, it depends on how large the battle is

There are only 4 difficulties, btw: Easy, Normal, Hard and Expert (Very Hard).

H campaign and M battles. I don't want to be pwned by the AI in messy WWI battles. The CAI, on the other hand, lack emphasis in artillery and keep spamming militia.

I don't know about that, i play on expert and the CAI often recruit artillery.

I play Hard Campaign and Normal Battle and you should see Denmark they joined Germany and Austria so I was fighting them they have like 5 or 6 artillery groups per stack i didn't even dare attack them because of it.

I play on normal, even then, France is the monster of Europe and the Central Powers get blitzed early on by a Franco-Russian assault
