Need help please guys

Hey im new here and ive decided to buy a new computer because my old ones getting on a bit i was looking at alienware aurora desktop and was wondering would that run on ultra graphics or high graphics? id really like to know so if anyone can help me please do

oh and also if their is a better computer you can find or know that is the same price or cheaper let me know (ps im not going to build my own i dont know how)
