ancillaries question - wrong one?

One of my generals all of a sudden got:

Trigger shard_of_the_true_cross_anc_trigger
WhenToTest GeneralCaptureSettlement
Condition SettlementName Tripoli
and Attribute Piety > 3
and not HasAncType Relic
and not I_WorldwideAncillaryExists shard_of_the_true_cross

AcquireAncillary shard_of_the_true_cross chance 10

Is that right? I definitely did not capture Tripoli. I also see I can get it as a reward from the Pope for completing a mission, as well as several others ways. Any way to figure out how I got it?

That's not the only trigger. It has 4 different triggers.
You can look in your log, and search for each of the triggers. The log will tell you if the trigger fired or not.
