How to delete some of the bridges from the Grand Campaign map?

Hello everyone,

I noticed, that some of the default Grand Campaign bridges are placed in the unrealistic areas (like bridge between Sicily and Italy):

1) How i could remove those bridges from the Grand Campaign map?

2) Is this related to startpos.esf or regions.esf?
