Which is your favourite total war?

M2TW:K is my favorite, simply because I like the time period the most, and because I find the game mechanics satisfying.

Rome, because it's top-mod looks way better graphically than MedII's top-mod.

Obvious that MedII tried to have a much younger crowd with it's childish graphics, which aren't that great even when SS6.2 is installed, compared to Roma Surrectum II.

The first Medieval:Total War of course
Dated graphics and unplayable on 98% of modern PCs but it offered the best gameplay and game-mechanics in the series so far. And Medieval era is the best fitting time period for TW games in my opinion.

Medieval: Total War. Mostly because of nostalgia, the time period displayed, and the fact that it was hard.

If we're talking about vanilla versions, RTW wins hands down. If we include mods, though, MTWII takes the cake. There are just too many awesome mods for it.

Wow, I really like Napoleon vanilla wise- put it on par with Rome for me.
With mods, I'm thinking Empire or MEd2. I'm so indecisive, love them all.

I voted Napoleon for several reasons. First a foremost I have played many great online battles with my friends, where as previous TW's I have not , so that earned it a special place in my heart for all the great memories. Also, because it was basically a refined version of ETW. You could say it was what ETW SHOULD have been.

Followed by Napoleon and Medieval 2 tied second.
