Help with Installation

I am a bit of a noob when it comes to downloading mods(I usually play the download and play type of mods), so I was wondering if some of you can give me step by step instructions on how to download this mod. Also if any of you need to know, I have 7 zip and Mega manager(if that helps). Also with people who can help me will be awarded with repz.

Download, open the RAR,, click The Great War.exe run it, and youve done it

Hey I downloaded it from filefront, but when I double click on the file to finish the download it says "The Great War 4.2.rar: The file "???" header is corrupt".
Any help please.

That sounds like a corrupt or unfinished download.

Sadly you may have to re-download it. As soon as you have the .rar file, you should right click on it and select extract.

Ow, I tried reinstalling it but it says the same thing.

Not reinstall. You need to download it again. I fear the file may have corrupted while downloading.

If not, you are using the .rar wrongly.

By reinstall I meant redownload.
Also I was going through some of my files and managed to find an old, clean install of TGW(it is still up to date), but when I got to the installer, it had said it installed but I can find it anywhere(on the desktop or in the files). So the best that I can think of is that the other install was corrupt because it was installing it into the wrong place or something.

Thanks mitch and gunny and I will try for another reinstall(hopefully that was the problem).

Also I would to ask if it is normal for the factions to start out with no units at the beginning of the?

Yeah, I have been trying to get this mod for over a month, but laziness stopped for some of the moments.
