    Default modding question

    I dont know if this thread goes here or tech support
    I just want to know where and how mod little things like
    unit costs and units amount

    I searched but didnt find exactly how to do it

    Unpack the game for it read this.

    After that edit the EDU that is export_descr_unit.txt file in the data folder that you unpacked.

    Make sure to turn off UAC before unpacking and that you have admin rights in the main medieval 2 directory otherwise the unpacked files will go in the virtual store folder.

    For eg:-

    ^Here text highlighted in blue color is the cost of the unit while the red part is the unit size. More details on numbers read the first few lines in that file they are there and self explanatory.

    are the agents in a different folder?
    I look for them, but seems they're not there

    Agents are in descr_character.txt file.
    ^From it you can change their wages and movement points.
