SS 6.2 and 6.3 Questions

Hi, I'm sorry if this question has been asked before, but I've searched through some past threads and can't find an answer so; Does SS 6.2 contain CBUR without the need to download anything extra and, if the answer to that was no where can I find the relevent extras?

P.S. is SS 6.3 playable without RR? I heard it was bugged to do that and would it remove the CBUR units?

SS 6.2 i'm not sure, but i think it doesn't contain CBUR, but 6.2 RR/RC does, which is the most popular version of 6.2
And 6.3 is not playable without RR, unless there is a way, which i'm not aware of

Thanks bane, I'll look that up. One more thing, am i right in assuming that NoWaiting put recruitment times back to normal, as thats mostly what I'm dissatisfied with. I respect realism but it just doesn't suit the way I want to play, 3 turns for scoutatoui is a bit much for me.
