Installing Issue

First of all, this is the best mod out there PERIOD I have played it before and really want to get back to it. I'm having an issue though. I installed 3.0 and patched to 3.3 and installed the hotfix(not sure if I installed the hotfix properly). When I click on the icon the launch screen comes up, and I type the era I want and hit enter but nothing happens. I mean the launch screen goes away and nothing. Any ideas?

Did you install all three packages into the correct location?

It should be x:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War

And make sure you don't rename the SicilianVespers folder.

Ok, I have a fresh install of m2tw and kingdoms. Just to be sure, I point the 3.0 and 3.3 patch to the main m2tw folder? Then the hotfix, I just save that to the main m2tw folder also?
