Guild Question
I had a question about whether you can effect what type of guild request you get. I have heard in some places it is possible, but i've never seen how. i hate getting crap guilds like explorer's or the like that never do anything, while hardly ever getting requests for useful ones like Knight's Chapter Houses. So is it possible??

Going on a crusade increases you chance to get chapter house, having a high lvl assassin for assassins guild and so on....

You can check the export_descr_guilds.txt file in SS6.3\data to see what things triggers which guilds.

Explorers' Guild is not crap. It increases trade and makes your generals walk faster.
