Well people generally dont take two the same faction because its annoying to see which units are yours and what-not. As for the money he may have wanted to give his opponent an advantage.

I was playing yesterday under another name in the hopes of finding ScottishAdam. I joined a huge unit, max money game (oh god the lag!), and it was a max 4 cavalry game. Well you can probably guess that I surrounded him on both sides and he called me "lacking thought processes" and rage quitted. So did anybody see ScottishAdam yesterday? Afterall he really wanted to be on youtube via kittySN.

Just a while back, I was in the lobby. Some clan jerk had a game. He put "Sith vs Clan," but I decided to teach him a lesson. He kicked me when I joined! WTF? I tried again and the coward kicked me again. After my fourth attempt to teach the noob a lesson, I couldn't join anymore. Nubcake clanny blocked me. I had the best plan that had to do with 20 hoplites and a square, but that's my secret technique that I can't give away.

Well, I recently ran into our good friend Ispanico under his new nick |Prince_of_War| for a 2v2 and 1v1 (both 10k CWB). I was using an anonymous key. He played Egypt both games (of course). The first game, my ally facing him (Armenia) seemed a bit clueless so I helped him out with Carthage while holding off the Greeks. We owned and he terminated while asking me for a 1v1. So I joined, another Carthage and Egypt later, he terminated the game saying "no boxing in CWB" at the end with a completely lost position (only a few very depleted archers, skirmishers and chariots against 6 rather healthy Sacred Band). He then accused me of being a noob/cheater a bunch of times, and attacked me because I eventually rushed him. Apparently he only desires win skirmishes with Egypt and shoot people to death. Oh, and if you're bored and interested in the replays:
