general loyalty and command

I choose a ming dynasty in empire campaign
i have win many battle using a same general , but it dint increase my command skill and the farer the general at. the loyalty will be decrease heavyly . how to solve that? pls help

its part of the trait system if a general stays away from its home territories for too long constantly fighting than his loyalty starts to decrease (with traits like unwatched by king and such) to fix this try and move the general into one of the ming dynastys starting territories for a while and hope its not too late as for the command skills im not sure

i dont know why, while i push my army to atk Europe. sending my general to there . is started to grow command star while wining. but at mainland china it will not grow.

maybe the mainland battles arent as testing or large compared to ur europe battles

It the Faction Leader has low authority or the general has low loyalty they may rebel against their leader. They usually have a trait which explains this.

but problem is command star only grow after general go Europe battle,haha
