I know that the map is uneditable but is it possible to change say an intellectual centre to a farm and vice versa?

My reason is that I feel Britain are let down badly by their having just one university - and the Newmarket stud farm is almost in the right place to be changed to Cambridge University.

Plus there is no way the Turks should have two universities when they were technologically and intellectually hobbled by Islam to the extent that they didn't even have printing presses - so I'd change both of theirs to farms or towns.

This would balance the game far better in that the British AI would be more formidable (while Britain might well be the easiest faction to play I've almost never seen it expand significantly when played by the AI), while you wouldn't end up ignoring the Turks until the late game and then suddenly find their fleet of steam ironclads sinking everything you have.
