nope nothing there and its windows 7 im using
Did you unhide all files and folders in Folder Options?
Have you disabled the UAC?
I'ii wait for someone, then, too, as I never unpacked just one file, I unpacked them all.

Medieval II Total War\tools\unpacker is unpack_all.bat. Run it with the UAC disabled.
If you installed in the default foder, they may end up in roaming.
You don't have to.
Just click it, "Yes" to the three disclaimers, and let the tool do its job.
um i tried to start the program and it came up with this:
C:/Program Files/SEGA/Medieval II Total War/tools/unpacker/unpack_all.bat is not a valid Win 32 application
what does this mean?
It means you have to be logged in as Administrator for one.
http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=397636 to set your permissions correctly for two.
Copy/paste the .dll files in the main Medieval 2 folder into the unpacker folder for three.
Original game? Gold? Steam? Other?

bought it from game but the box is different from the original one
