Campaign map borders?

I am sure that this has been asked before and I apologize. I did use the search function and the word 'borders' comes up in an extremely large number of posts.

I really want to be able to see my countries borders on the campaign map, it's an irritating eyesore for them to be so small (sometimes not visible) when I look to the minimap and then back to the campaign map. Is there any way to edit the thickness of country borders and province borders?
