Need someone to convert DDS files

Simple job, i need someone who is able to convert DDS files to TEXTUREs, I converted the TEXTURE files from vanilla and then changed them so instead of vanilla Medieval 2 battlefield banners they were the flags of the factions that would appear in my mod (Siam Total War). I then tried converting them back to TEXTURE files but was unable to

Anyways if you can help just say so here and then ill send u the DL link via PM.....if i can get these banners converted back then i will be able to release a mini preview mod for the larger mod of Siam Total War

Itll be rly simple, or at least id hope so, just convert these files from DDS format to TEXTURE
