Default How to get the game to test law bonuses and happiness bonuses?

    Hi guys

I've ran into a problem while continuing with my sub-mod for SS6.3: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=403509

Basicly, I want the computer to recognise what is the total law bonus in a settlement and than the total happiness bonus, than if law is higher than a character have a chance of gaining 1 set of traits while if happiness is higher than the character have a chance of gaining another.

How could I do this? The only way I can think of is use the condition SettlementBuildingExist, a new set of traits and a trigger for every building to make the game recognise it, but, well, it'll be very time consuming to code. Is there a better method of doing it?

No. There is no condition that directly checks for what bonuses are present in a settlement.
