Whats wrong with harrison ford

I just saw him on the daily show and then a few days later on conan. He is acting very odd, both times he seems like he is only half there as if he was high or Senile. When someone asks him a question his response is very slow like his faculties are inhibited and he is constantly rubbing himself throughout both interviews.

Yeah, I thought the same thing after he was on the Daily Show. He's acting very Rain Man-ish, but he gets a free pass forever just cause it's him.

Unless he was abducted and replaced with a malfunctioning android. OH GOD HE'S A REPLICANT.

That's just Harrison Ford. He and de Niro are notorious for being bad interviewees. I mean, have you ever seen de Niro on anything? It's like he's dead.

"Having spent so much time in the cockpit, have you ever wondered what you would do in that situation?"

Makes sense. They're both some of my favorite actors. Kinda like Christopher Lloyd and how he avoids interviews.

He looks like he's on drugs.

I don't think he likes doing interviews and just sorta phones them in.

he did the kessel run in under some ridiculous number of parsecs. He doesn't need to do interviews.

Ya like others said some people suck at interviews. IDK if they are nervous or whatever. I dont blame them.

He is 68, I give him a pass.

It's not like he needs to prove anything either. Probably just contractually obligated to do some promotion of the movie. Or even if not obligated it's still probably a PR grind.

Just because you're a great actor doesn't necessarily mean you're going to be adept at being interviewed infront of fifty people or answering awkward, poorly phrased and sometimes downright difficult questions about yourself.

Is he wearing sunglasses indoors and grown a beard? if so, i may have the answer...

I read in a piece about him before that he hates doing interviews, and that he speaks slowly so that he can control the interview and doesn't have to say very much.

I said the same thing after he was on Conan. He looked senile. But I guess that makes sense he just doesn't like interviews.

I actually don't look down on people that do terrible interviews. I'd rather their talent and focus be placed elsewhere than PR and no one with any degree of self-respect has much need to care about it.
