You have ETW 1.0 version?!

Sorry, but i didn't know, that such version even existed ( most of people have the newest is 1.6 or older 1.5...).

You will need a mod to unlock all the factions to be playable in Grand Campaign ( without Fog of War bug ).

Second way is to modify the startpos.esf with the ESF Editor ( credits to Just ).

You will need to unpack this mod inside your Empire: Total War data folder and launch this mod through Mod Manager 1.5.
