Hi all i changed the upkeep costs of units using the DBEditor and saved, but when i started up ETW the costs were exactly the same !?!?!?! whats going on/ aam i doing wrong ??

Try to create a new mod pack with the "units_stats_land" db table. ( use Pack File Manager 1.13 - it is better in my opinion ).

Then make changes and save it as a "mod pack type" and load it as a mod through Mod Manager 1.5.
