Please i need Help installing the game

Everytime i try to install medieval 2 i get this kind of error..I tried to copy the whole installer to my pc and launched it i still have the same error..when i copied the installer from my cd nothing seems to have a problem. .Please can anyone help me!.how can i fix this problem..What will I do..I would really appreciate your help..

And the error looks pretty clear to me the data packs are corrupted, contact the vendor and get yourself a new disc.

Uninstall the whole Medieval 2 folder and install the game again after that.

CRC - Cyclic Redundancy Check. It usually means that there is a problem with your discs such as smudges or scratches on the disc surface. Check your discs - are they scratched?

As you say you don't have this problem when copying the installer from the discs to the hard drive then try that again.

EDIT: Unless you've downloaded the game. If so answer irishron's question - where did you get the game from? Both Steam and D2D have some problems with this game....

i brought the game in a game station,.i tried to get a new copy but i still got the same error.. i have tried all the other post around here..i tried the memory thing and the pio thing..but i still get the same error..i also tried to copy the disc to my computer and i got no errors copying the disc.. but when i installed it i still got the same error..what will i do?..my disc has no scratches or everything..
