    Default Changing Race Specific Stats

I've been looking all over the forums and I've found a lot of great mods, but none that fit what i want specifically. I want to adjust the population growth rates and income rates of certain races and towns, but i can't find where to do this in the mod files. Can anyone direct me where to look, ideally the File that needs to be modified and the line within?

The only way I could think of doing that would be to make a trait/ancillary that only elves/men/orcs get that changes squalor. Are you trying to make certain faction's cities grow more or less?

What I'm trying to do is up the population growth of the high elves and silvan elves a tad, just can't find where they were reduced in the first place.

Then I guess a trait or ancillary could be made called "Elf" (or something more creative) that would reduce squalor and/or increase population growth. I wouldn't know how to make it, but I'd be interested if someone changed population growth rates, they really seem quite dull now.

For the general settings you've to edit the ...data\descr_settlement_mechanics.xml, but any change in that file will effect all factions.
The easiest way to achieve faction specific boni or mali is by using the ...data\export_descr_buildings.txt that's the way PB does it in RC+RR.
Just open the file and take a look at the core_building and the core_castle_building building trees to get an idea how it works.

    Enjoy modding
