Read tutorials for banners etc in here.
You have to modify a few files in the UI folder

Yes - I konow this tutorial, but to tell you the truth a don't understand what's going on with this files in UI folder. I guess it could be so simply just like descr_characters file, but i should know the key to understand it.
resolving of this problem can be simmulare to banners on strat map? So should i try to use another names to files containing armenian symbols?

It is relatively simple. If you open the provided files while reading that chapter you should get the idea behind it.

Basically you enter the co-ordinates of a new symbol here. TGA file --> SD file --> UI display
