    Default Other faction's family trees?

I have been wondering, is it possible to view another faction's family tree in your campaign? For example say you're France in about 1200, you have at least 3 generations on your family tree. What if I wanted to look at the HRE's family tree, find out who their king is, who his father was and who his heir is etc. and how old they are, is that possible? I don't think it is, but would I be able to find it in my save game codes?

The reason I am asking is also I would like to see what my chances of inheriting the throne would be if I was married into that family. As well as helping for AARs.

    Thanks for any help.

As CC said not really. There is one complicated way: Play hotseat alone, peek into other factions with "control factionname" and reload after switching to them with the "end turn" button.

... or just don't do nothing with them and use control faction again. The AI won't even notice you were there.

Not really "notice" but the AI will have one turn without its trait bonus like cohesive fighting unit, economy script, building costs, law bonus etc. At least I doubt that passing control over like that fires up this turnstart scripts and triggers again, if you don't care about that then you can certainly do that.
