Default Problem of freeze with M2TW

I have recently bought the game but I am unable to play with it. The game start with no problem, but quickly after I launch the first tutorial the screen become black and the only solution is to switch off the PC.

Initially I suspect a graphical problem. Then I make a test with graphical options set at medium, and after at mimimum. Unfortunately it gives no result and the problem remain the same.
If someone could help me to resolve it...

Here are some elements of my configuration:

PC: HP7580 with Windows XP SP3
    RAM: 2 Go
    Processor: Intel Core 2 E6300 1,86 Ghz
Graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce 7500 LE & DirectX 9.0c

Did you install the DX drivers after the installation is completed?

The only thing coming up HP7580 is an office printer.

How much dedicated memory for your graphics card? If your graphics card has less thab 128mb, you may not be able to play.

I launched again the installation of DirectX with the CD and it seems than some new files were installed.

However a new test with the tutorial gives the same result as above and don't resolve the problem.

Maybe, maybe not. I had a 7600 LE that would play the early campaign but battle were a battle to pull up if at all.
You cpu is on the slow side, too.

    1. Have you tried updating your graphics drivers from www.nvidia.com? Maybe now legacy but it won't hurt to try.
    2. Have you tried updaing your RealTek sound drivers?
    3. Have you run Microsoft Update and installed all software options until it says no more? You maybe missing something.

    Good luck.

The update of the graphics drivers and RealTek sound drivers were made at the end of the last year, therefore after the release date of the game. I think then that there should have no problem with drivers.

Concerning the Microsoft updates, I verify it, and except some optional updates not related with graphics and sounds, all seems clear.

I made new test using the task manger to close programms before lauching the game. The task manager indicates then approximately 2-3% of used RAM. Therefore the tutorial has crashed again after only one ot two minutes ... as usual.

Use Speedfan to monitor your temps and voltages.

A can of compressed air may work wonders cleaning out the case if not done so recently.

Today I make an ultimate test. At first I decide to clean the interior of the PC ... and found a lot of dust, particulary on the fan of the graphic card (I recognize that I didn't made it for a while).

And miraculously it seems that this cleaning solves entirely the problem . Thanks to anyone for youe help.
