Replace data files

I have an idea but maybe someone told about it .in my opinion unit editor stands as invisible file. If we take for instance data.pack from napoleon total war and replace all scripts ,db files from empire total war main pack to napoleon's data pack and delete unnecessary files which have napoleon data pack ,than we rename "data pack" to "main pack" and finishly we will have Napoleon's units behaviour in Empire total war
