Step 1: type "gimp text effects" into, for example, YouTube search bar, and whoila - a whole new world will open to you.

1-copy the url(right click on the picture)
2-Insert image, paste the url into
3-save
4-select the picture
5-Link
6-paste into the "Link" box the url of the page you want that people consult(eg Tsardoms Hospitaller preview)

Edit: or just copy/paste one of those(Go to My Account, look at left, go to Edit Signature, and then paste simply the picture you selected)

However there is no Edit Signature...I read that you can't have one untill you have made twenty-five posts. Is this true? Where should I go to spam some posts safely...?

You need to have a certain amount of posts and to be a forum member for some time before you are allowed to use a signature.I think it was either 25 or 50 posts.

Sadly at 25 posts still no edit signature option, so it must be 50. Which would take some time for me. Where should I go or whom do I go to to ask for this to be changed?

No it's at 25 posts and 1 week from registration, however it can take a few hours since you reach the requirements to be able to have signature, edit posts etc
