Playstation 3 V.S X-BOX 360

Which of them it's better? XBOX 360 have released but Playstation 3 not. Shall I buy the XBOX 360 now, or I should wait for PS3? What's your opinion?

Jeez...dude, its way too soon to tell. The Xbox has just been released and the PS3 is at least 1 year from being released. Honestly, I think youre crazy if you buy the xbox now...wait until the first price drop at least. When the Dreamcast came out everyone wanted to jump on the next-gen bandwagon too and we all know how the dreamcast turned out, dont we? I think nowadays, being a patient and informed gamer is more important than ever, with the price of consoles and new games being so high. Seriously...people...just wait a little bit for the next gen hot items like the PSP, the xbox 360 and soon the PS3 before you buy them, wait to see how the market flesshes out to accomodate new consoles, wait to see what kinda games are being released, the frequency, what publishes and companies are developing what for which system...etc.

In that it scratches the disks if you use the 360 as a tower, or something. Just another rushed piece of JUNK from microsoft. I'm voting for PS3 out of my hatred for that company and its OBVIOUS futile attempt to control the consol market as it does the computer market.

Well considering that the PS3 explodes and Melts discs and My ps2 killed my Cat when It exploded. The 360 never bothered my pal plus on Ign there was a study and the 360s hardware was more compatible to make games with it than the PS3.......

I've been an xbox man for a long time now.

I'm waiting till I can afford a lcd HDTV before I get a 360 though, at the minute I have no spare cash so...

I voted xbox because of the software. I usually like western style games better than Japanese style games, and I think Xbox represents western style better.

Metal Gear Solid 3 (is that the title?) is going to probably going to come out for the 360 eventually. MGS2 came out for xbox several months after it came out for ps2. I'm pretty sure its made by a third party, so, unless they sign a contract, it may come out.

But I voted Xbox 360 because I just like Xbox's controller, games, and that I don't have to hook it up to my HDTV to get the best out of it :wink:.

SAony is still trying to create a monopoly in the electronics market if you ask me plus I just hate sony MY plasma didnt work after we got it and they denied our warranty, ohhh and Sonys MMo departments screwed up Galaxies......

X360 has far better games from what i've seen. If your into the **** on PS2 (ie. asian rpgs are the only thing that is worth it on their that isn't on x360) its going to be on the 360, they literally have all the contracts to have much of what was on PS2. All you have to do is look at the games coming for the 360 and you have to wonder, why do you need a ps3?

All consoles have problems at release, its a known fact that PS2 and PS1 had MANY problems. Especially if you programmed for it.

On 360 I know a few games that I definately want it for, two fo them are from former Squaresoft employees. I only buy a console if it has good RPGs, all the other types of games are always on all of the consoles or have equivellent software if its not.

Plus theres all those Japanese Developers coming to the 360 the one edge the PS3 might have is its already stranglehold on tits fans and its graphics (plus theres a better chip than the ps3's already)

My vote is for the 360. For one bloody reason. ES: Oblivion.

Not to mention, CoD2 runs great on the 360. It's a nice machine, and I think it's going to prove the better of the two.

I voted XBOX 360 because I've already bought one, and I'm enjoying every minute of it. Personally, I prefer Microsoft over Sony.

I have only once concern with the XBOX 360. I've been reading that Microsoft might come out with a new version which has an HD-DVD drive; in order to compete with Sony's PS3. I sure hope Microsoft doesn't do that, because if they do, they'll be screwing over all the 360 owners that bought one during the first year.
