Reduce the height of the Hobbit units

Hi.
I wanted to know if someone could answer to a my curiosity.

Is there a way to decrease the height of the Hobbit units (including the Hobbits heroes)?
Or is it necessary maintain a "standard height" (like any other "human" unity)?

As far as I know the hight of the hobbits is lower than the humans in the mod but sadly captains and generals can't be resized.

Generals have to have all the same size: So if there was an all Hobbit faction (like the Dwarven faction) they could be smaller, the problem is that they are always in a faction with "big people" (eriador/Fellowship) and they can only be either all small or all tall.
