Default Question of the sea battle in RSII

I want to ask Tone and DvK901 - how you've done that a squadron in naval battle is almost always can not retreat and the battle ends with the sinking of one of the fleets? I could not understand this ...

Nothing has changed as far as I'm aware......unless it's the morale?

The Admiral of the Fleet also has 'movement points'. If he has none left, and loses a battle, his fleet is destroyed.

It`s very good! Excellent! Nobody needs to chase all over the sea retreated for ships!
Today I seem to understand - the case in the map .. in deep water all the battles so an end, the loser in the shallows can escape
