    Default Glitchy settlement?

I recently took a settlement, Toulouse, that I think may be glitched. first, after I took the settlement I got a mission to blockade the port. I happened to have a small force in the port that went rogue before that happened, so that may have something to do with it. Though also my troops seem to have restricted movement when moving around the castle, and I can't build watchtowers in the area.

What do you think may be the problem? How could I fix it? Everything else is fine. I've been training troops and constructing buildings. There just seems to be something not quite right about Toulouse.

Possibly flooded. It will restrict movements and can't build watchtowers or forts. Wait until it floods, again, and back to normal.

The place to remove this is in the descr_disasters.txt and you have to unpack the game to find it.

Ok. Thanks. I'll see about unpacking the game, as waiting for another flood could take a while.
