Good day, I just now started TWTA and I am playing for a while, but I don't understand how to get golden armour upgrades here, for example I am playing Rohan and I have Edoras with pop >25000, with heavy armoreur and I get bronze shield icon for all units only. How to get higher level upgrade? I was not able to find answers in other threads, that's why I created this.Can anybody help me?

You have to retrain the troops, and they will have the latest armour upgrade. And all newly trained units will have golden the shield icon. Just you need the highest level of armourer (I think heavy armourer is it)

Thank you, but that is the problem, I have that armory, and I built everything in the city and there are units, but I am not able to retrain them, they just standing with their bronze armor and nothing. I am playing medium difficulty, maybe that's why I am not able to do this?

There is no upgrade beyond bronze.
