Spain will never be a pain in the ass if you have a wall of roman troops. Difference between bull warriors and legionaries: Legionaries have bigger shields so they can resist the throwing spears more, use this advantage on the battlemap and thou shalt defeat thou enemy very swiftly! Quick charge-retreat tactics against the spanish flank will also kill them and use your triarii to protect your own flanks. But indeed before I can even give advice (this is standard advice I just gave you) you can better post a picture to make your problem more clear

See my problem is i am always fighting a 3 way war i have just quit my 2nd try and deleted it i do need help more with how i should go about getting spain and expanding usually i build up my economy till i can support the troops then go on 3 front war. Is there any advice on how to just defeat spain and gaul cause at that time it like they have endless waves of stacks then when i got north i got brittina to deal with and germany.

Hold of the gauls by strategically placing forts at choke points above patavium and mediolanium. Make peace with britain and germany and try to get an alliance with both. This should mean that while you are fighting Spain, Britain and Germany are fighting the Gauls which in turn prevents them from attacking you as much.
Then build a large fleet and send a few stacks to Spain. Hopefully the scipii are attacking the Carthaginians so they should be busy somewhere else.
Once the Iberian have been eliminated kick Carthage out of there and then you can start on Gaul.
OR you can just continue taking parts of the north African coast instead. All you will have to face there are a few ill guarded Carthaginian settlements and the numidians who are simple to deal with.

I don't understand how you can even have a problem.
How are you even losing your battles?
Are you autoresolving or something like playing with a toucpad?
Did you bother to build an army or build buildings?

Spain shouldn't be too much of a trouble, even with lots of Bull Warriors (which usually wont happen, maybe a couple in a full stack). Your units should be able to beat their decidedly, especially post-reforms. Because Bull Warriors need a specific temple to be recruited and not just a barracks upgrade, the AI often doesn't recruit many of them because they build different temples and often recruit slingers and other units instead. Spain can never turn into a real threat to the Romans, so you don't need to worry about them unless you want to. Although, you'd want to make sure you got Spain instead of the Scipii, because it'll make the civil war easier to have more settlements and especially seaside ones.
