Icon5 How to change castle texture

I don't really like the Castle texture ( Northern European ) castles in Medieval II normal campaign..So I'd would like to change the castle texture like the Medieval II Kingdoms : Britannia because their castle looks better for me..and I have Medieval II kingdoms too...oh and 1 more thing, the game is packed.

Texture? Do you mean the new castles models used in kingdoms?

Unpack Britannia first and after that download Bare Geomod.
When unpacking is done copy paste the .cas files for these new castles in BareGeomod as they were found in Britannia.

    The path in Britannia is:-
    british_isles\data\models_strat\residences\

Make sure you also copy there textures as well otherwise you will get a CTD without them.

Read the Part I of this tutorial to learn about it it's for Teutonic castles but the principle is same.
