Sucker Punch

Looks like typical Zach Snyder fare, stylish and colourful but no substance. I'll watch it anyway.

Saw the trailer yesterday, was going to bump the older thread http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=380668

Story seems kind of silly, ZS has just adapted other people work for now so this might show some storytelling flaws that were not apparent in other movies of his. Still going to see it because it looks awesome.

It does look good. Zack Snyder's movies always had some decent plots. I dont thnik I will get disappointed.

I liked the trailers that didn't talk about plot at all. With this movie's ridiculousness trying to say what the plot is just makes it look worse.

Same here, I read the plot around the time the first trailer was released and thought it was ok, but being told the plot during the trailer was a bit lame.

I'm not sure on this, I mean Watchmen was awesome, but 300 made me want to gauge my eyes out.

And I'm not fond of the girl power hype that's going on in hollywood I like my Katana wieding badasses (she was wielding a katana in the traier no?)to be male and japanese not white petite and blonde with boobs

"Typical Zach Snyder fare"? He's only directed a few movies, only one of which could be said to be "style but no substance"- 300.
