Really annoying online crash

I tried playing some battles before in napoleon online.I played a 1vs1 just fine then i got in a 2vs2 battle.When i was at 12-15 minutes after the battle had started the game freezes and crashes and i got a message that the exe stopped working.I also played a multi campaign with a friend and it crashed once in an egytpt campaign battle and in a grand campaign battle.Its really annoying when i cant finish battles and people think that im a quiter
