There are no "mental diseases" and disorder is subjective. Diseases are physical. It's just categorization. There's nothing wrong with a pedophile, homosexual, paraphile, or straight person's brain. They have certain desires. We all have certain desires. The line becomes broken when one breaks the rules of society and acts upon their desires. Sexual preferences and desires only become illegal when they violate other people's rights. Homosexuals do not violate the rights of anybody, while paedophillia and a desire to rape obviously do.

In that mindset paraphilia is perfectly acceptable since you can hardly violate the rights of an object? Unless, if the object is owned by another then must the owner give consent for you to sex it up? And if not is it considered rape?

You can have a perfectly normal if potentially eccentric physical relationship with an adult human of some description but you can't do the same thing with anything else.
