Stainless Steel 6.3
in file "export_descr_unit.txt"
data of longbowmen like this
"attributes extreme_range, foot_archers, stakes, stakes, free_upkeep_unit"
so, why two "stake"? All the archers deploy stake have two "stake" here. I deleted one, and run the game. it seem nth change. Anyone give me a tip?
1 more question
prussian archer
attributes sea_faring, hide_forest, can_withdraw, horse_archers

Re: why two STAKE?
To the first question:
I think the attributes are necessary for Battle AI.
Same to the second question.

Re: why two STAKE?
I don't know why two times but horse_archers is a custom attribute that might have been used in the CS for a script.

Re: why two STAKE?
suspect horse_archers for infantry archers is an error - all other units with horse_archer attribute are horse archers.
(note don't remove from EDU unless you are starting a new campaign - it'll stop the game starting if you do - as i found out!)
stakes x2 - could this double the number of stakes deployed - try single stakes and even more to see if they make a difference.
