    Default HELL Commentators

Ok so I found out that for awhile now hell has had its own official commentary channel.

    http://www.youtube.com/user/666hellclan

Various hell players submit their replays which they can either commentate on or have the channel owners commentate on for them. So far there is mostly gameplay from lower leveled hells but that should change soon. If you play a hell you might just end up on youtube so watch out.

    Hail Hell

Max you just missed them both actually as they came back (and left again) not too long ago...according to my estimation they wont be back until at least next year.

Dacder if somebody honestly has a problem being on youtube then they can complain to the owners of the channel who are luckily far less inclined to step on people's toes than I am.

I personally have better things to do than let people know they are on youtube...once again if someone has a problem then they may complain...if they don't know then they can't complain...everyone lives.

Isn't it normal that clan members have to ask for permission of other clan members before posting a vid of them? Afterall, you'll see them again and play with them frequently.

It isnt ing normal for clanmembers to post anything on youtube. If ppl did arrogant in the old days your superiors smacked you for it.

How does not giving a crap make me a pom lol look it doesn't matter what the procedure is or whether you think its arrogant or not. The point is a few hells decided to make educational commentaries that may attract a little attention and gain hell some new recruits. If a clannie is featured then so much the better...at least unlike with 99% of randoms, footage involving a clannie should at least be somewhat decent.

But i am sure that when he hears about such lack of sportsmanship and disrespect for opponents, i am going to go on a limb and say he wont be pleased that yer trying to advertise his clan at the cost of the respect that he has been building up for years. If he is not i doubt i would be the only one to be deeply disgusted of it.

    2. the vidoes r cool, but i like other rtw commentators better
Why does anyone make an internets clan? There is no material advantage to it. We get no money from it, no resources, nothing tangible at all. Perhaps it is a longing for identity, a sense of belonging, and shared values, the very things that have been destroyed by the scourge of liberal-capitalist individualism. Perhaps we all secretly desire to pwn peoples' faces and flame them afterwards. Perhaps a trollface.jpg lurks within all our hearts. Perhaps it is all of those things. It is possible to perceive similarities between the growth of clans and the post-war rise in football fan clubs, new age cults, and religious fundamentalism. As our leaders neglected collectivist concepts like "the nation" and encouraged capitalist individualism and atomistic self-interest, we looked to other forms of collective identity to fill the void. And that, perhaps, is what the TW community really is. A haven of camaraderie and collectivism in a self-interested, materialist and individualistic world.

yeah...you have to ask your opponent before posting the vids. But Hell players also got half the right to do what they want with the same replays...so would censoring the name or no name appearance solve the problem? you don't need name to show that the match is good

    I agree.

About half the time, I'll put my notification in the title, but against anyone decent with recognized tags, I try to gain permission directly. If I don't get it there, and it's a really good match, I'll ask in-game or afterwards (I record for fun quite often). I like getting it on video. Besides, if you acquire permission before the game begins and specify that it’ll be uploaded regardless to battle results, then you heroic them, they can’t really complain. After all, I bet they’d sure as hell complain if I got a “crushing defeat” and didn’t upload it! (Luckily that doesn’t happen too often.) There’s my reasoning anyways.

So it’s so easy to do; just ask permission. (Indirect statement.)

PS: If I'm casually recording and my opponent's a complete arse like the one video I recently uploaded, I won't ask permission though. Frankly, I have no desire to respect those who clearly disrespect me.

It is not about MP its about proper morals and values. I am abhorred that i actually have to say these things to some people seeing as the only excuse would be that they were orphaned and never indoctrinated with morals or values. I expect this from Clanless players but why members of a respected clan need to blatantly put people on youtube without permission to receive some form of recognition i will never understand. simply being in a good clan should be recognition enough. what is worse is that disrespectful conduct from one shines badly on the whole clan. YES youtube vids do draw new players to the game but its about as honourable as Lindsay Lohan after the 20th Vodka shot. If someone is going to pull like youtubing battles they should damn well ask permission and upload their losses as well.

How is putting someone on youtube without asking permission not a sign of disrespect? if someone put me on there, even if i heroiced him, i would be quite angry because whichever faggot did id didnt care to inquire if i wanted my privacy invaded or not. I would not want to share owning someone on a videogame to the world
"git dat camera outta ma face" comes to mind.
