war council member question

hi,

is there any way to increase the number of war council members or does it just happen automatically?

normally my king and sometimes one other general has the ability to raise elite troops which can be problematic so am just wonderin if there is some way i can influence the game to allocate more?

It should happen automatically, up to 3 wc, afaik traitdependant.
Have you read the documentation that's linked in the BGR description?
