Can't start game anymore

I tried playing around in preferences.txt.
When I tried to run RS II again my pc crashed

Luckily I made backup of preferences so I placed it back but now I can't start the game anymore.

Information:
Windows 7, 64 bit
Gold edition, steam version
Playing as Rome

The launcher tells me to report these errors:

1) You don't have RS II installed in the correct folder. (C:\Wim\RS2)
2) Engine: RomeTW-BI.exe, Faction campaign: -mod:play_rome
3) In total: 'RomeTW-BI.exe -mod:play_rome -show_err -nm -movie_cam'

I also want a minimal UI, you get that by setting it to true in preferences.txt right? (Thats not the only thing I changed in it to be clear)

Do you have the RTW BI exe in your install?

Yes that exe is still in the main folder.

I installed it in my map "C\Wim\RS 2" then dragged it to the steam RTW folder.
